Its been going on for awhile now. They need to patch this. I usually ignore when i see people in bushes with no help.

See! This whole time I was thinking it was a bug, too, but I've researched it a crap ton and I can't seem to find anyone else who has the same issue! D:< Nowhere on any forums or anything, so I was thinking there might be some game mechanic that I was unaware of or something. :P Glad to know I'm not the only one it's happened to!
