Sleaze Slick is the owner of Silvernights, a shady nightclub in Vermillion. A former explorer, once he got stranded on the island he took the opportunity to get in the Mayor's good graces so he could start a business.
He's horrible to most people, especially his employees. One of the few exceptions being the Mayor, who he sucks up to and does favors for in hope that she'll view him positively.
(you know this bit would be alot funnier if the comic was actually out)
