Me: "I have to find my sleep rhythm again."
My body: "Your what?"
Watching a 24h stream with a nonexistent sleep-rhythm does not help to restore him.
My partner has been asleep for at least 8 hours now. I've been awake for at least 2 and if I don't wake him up he'll sty asleep for the next, I'd say, 3 hours at least. It is how much sleep he needs. Accepted. But it's still somewhat annoying...
My body knows no jet lag. Its night and day rhythm is way to fucked up anyway.
So my sleep rhythm is fucked up because I barely eat atm and my body is like: You won’t eat? Okay, you go to sleep then. It’s 4 am now and I don’t know what I am doing with my life ...
Oh what the hell, it's 6 am again. I'd be TOTALLY cool with my current sleep rhythm (because actually my productivity seems to raise the later it is and I manage to do so much work at, like, 2 to 6 am), if it wasn't for the fact that my courses start a few hours earlier than 15:00... Damn.
I don't want to say my sleep rhythm is fucked up, but this is the second night in a row one of my fellow students texts me in the middle of the night asking me why the hell I'm still awake. Well... I'm a creature of the night, I guess.
TUMBLR WHY YOU NO RELEASE ME ;_; I SHOULD DO IMPORTANT STUFF ACTUALLY
... or sleep, for that matter... What is this thing you call "sleep rhythm"? Can I eat that? x_x
