I put the Van Gogh poster I got on the wall over the bed and the colours are really comforting (even if it isn't a "real" Van Gogh it is still going to be referred to as that). In the kind-of-dark-which-is-nice it really is calming when I look at it. I think it is the blue and yellow that is relaxing about it, and the kind of swirly pattern. Either way it works as a comforter thing much like my tardis shirt that I sleep in. And that's a good thing.
