That odd situation when you are so busy with work and school that you’re ready to fall asleep on the floor at any given moment, but you stay up late because it is the only time you can actually have a personal life. Oh well, I guess that’s why coffee exists. So, in the words of a caffeine-fueled Kenneth Parcell, “I love the way coffee makes me feel: it’s like my heart is trying to hug my brain.”

I need some help guys. You see, I've been on sleeping pills for a pretty long time now (just over a year-ish) due to health problems that added to insomnia I already had... now I'm trying to go without. But now I'm not only taking an hour+ to fall asleep, but I always wake up at 3 or 4 am (like I am right now) and it'll take me an hour or two to get back to sleep. Anyone have any ideas for me? I'm taking way too many medicines and I'd love to be able to rest on my own. But ugh I need some zzzzzzs so bad right now
