Dream Yoga

So, I finished the book. There are now 10 notebook pages (front and back) added to my BoS of notes that I took from that book. One of the largest things that it taught me is this: Our minds are naturally darker than we think. Our minds are scary to us. But there is an area of pure weightlessness where you drop everything and you just are. We all deserve to reach this inner light. We are not as dark as our minds want us to believe.
