SOULACE: DREAMWALKING

Based on a question asked by @a7067 ! Yes, Soulace has the ability to go into the dreamscape!! :3 however; he does not have as much of an influence/control as Pisces. Pisces = Dream guardian Cancer = Night Guardian Lyra = Cancer's creation, shares the same control and abilities. Think of Pisces as the ultimate boss, and then Cancer & Lyra are like the assistants. <- it doesn't actually work like that but it's my basic way of explaining the comparisons in their capabilities regarding dream walking. Lyra can only access it when he's asleep, the same way Cancer had to. he prefers to seek out other dreamer's realms as his own would torment him if he stayed in it. <- Him and Insomnia (one half of pisces) have an interaction in the main storyline, I guess one could assume that Insomnia is like a therapist or a therapy friend. Q: What does he do in other's dreams? He likes to watch over it, admiring the abstractness of it all despite it being a fabricated world that the dreamer may end up forgetting once they awake. Sometimes he'll comfort the dreamer or just generally spend time with them before he ends up either going to the next dream or wakes up. You might even be lucky enough to hear a lullaby from him! <- Lullabye-bye does not work on dreamers since they're already asleep. so it's more like a musical performance! the amount of control Soulace has in the dreamscape depends on whether or not he's in his own dream or someone else's his own: full control but his emotions and memories still get in the way Someone else's: Less influence, more of an intrigued observer but would interact with the dreamer if he felt like it. Sleeping has a regenerative ability for SL but it takes a bit For ex: when his energy drains too much he passes out and goes into a coma-like stasis with a time frame depending on how drained he was, during this state his body heals but his mind is off in the dreamscape. can he pull himself out of the dreamscape? no. he's quite vulnerable when like this so he'd prefer to either be around someone he trusts or get to a safe space before he collapses. If he found another dreamwalker that was fully aware of everything, he'd probably be interested a little and want to go on an adventure xD

so umm on the topic of Sonas, here are what I often use to represent myself by: Willow Wisp either used to be a tree nymph or a fairy- which is why they have spirals on their cheeks! it's to mimic the rings that trees have on the inside X3 anyways so they died and became a wisp which you can either take to mean that they're a silly ghost, angel or fairy! it doesn't really matter, they're incorporeal now. Used to have sweet lore but I ended up scrapping it and using it for my other OCs like Taurus and Virgo Wisp exists inside of Soulace's AU somewhere about in the forest but could hypothetically go anywhere if they really wanted to

i also have this silly sona named Eclipse they also have no lore whatsoever, they just kind of exist but i have had this ongoing joke where eclipse is secretly cancer implying they're soulace's parent but this is not canon in any shape or form it's just purely a joke i've been having

I usually use Wisp to represent me Eclipse is rarely used nowadays, it's more of a sometimes if i'm being extremely silly and need to draw a very simple design xD
