i’ve actually already uncovered the answer with the help of the lovely @smeasel

1 is a lego man

2 is lego/ mr clean freak of nature

and 3 is the real mr clean

pictures 1-3 are from an old photoset where someone photoshopped the lego man to transform in to mr clean, and then the rest of the photos were added to make the final bald man master post 

so really the second one down is original art from an older post that is the second stage in the lego man shapeshifting to mr clean
