HetaOni: Lost Time Loop Ch. 4
(Shorter chapter, but more gore in this one ^^)
“A-America!” England managed to choke out while trying not to stare at the bloody limb lying next to the man.
America cringed at England’s cry, turning his head away. He slowly drew his handgun from his pocket and aimed it above his head. He wanted more than anything for England to escape; to not get eaten like the others had. But he wasn’t just going to out and say that he cared for him.No, he was the hero; he would never say something like that out loud.
England watched in fear as America pointed his gun at the Thing.
The Thing raged. The bullet had hardly any effect on its tough, gray skin, but it had certainly made it angry.
The monster swiped an enormous, clawed hand at America, picking him up and roughly squeezing him.
“AH! A-AAAUGH-!” America wheezed, struggling to breathe while in the Thing’s grasp.
The Thing brought America close to its face.
“SchchhkrkkkrieiiiiiiIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!” it screeched at him, nearly leaving him deaf in one ear. Then without hesitation, smashed America down into the hardwood floor.
The sounds of America’s mangled screams of agony and pain mixed with the audible sound of his bones crunching and popping resonated throughout the fourth floor.
It didn’t stop. It ground America further into the floorboards. A thick puddle of blood was gushing, oozing, from beneath the Thing’s gray hand where it held a motionless America in place.
England did all he could not to cry out in fear and disgust. He reluctantly ran in the opposite direction, slamming the door behind him as he went.
England only stopped running when he reached the second floor.
He knelt down and began sobbing. He couldn’t believe what he had just seen. He hoped this was all a dream. Some vivid, horrible nightmare that he would wake up from any moment now in a cold sweat. Oh how he wished he could just wake up from this bloody nightmare hell he seemed to be trapped in.
But England knew better than that.
He knew that this wasn’t a nightmare.
