This is warm. It says warming effect and I figured like a tingly warm sensation the first time I used it. Oh no, It is really warm. All areas I used this on which is my stomach and thighs were basically on fire (not awful, bearable but like I was sitting on a heater!) after I put my clothes on. I suggest not wearing clothes until after this sensation goes away. My skin was not warm to the touch, it is simply the cream. But I really like this. My skin looks firmer and it is really soft. This has lightened up my stretch marks a bit too. I am really happy with the results. This is a good size, it is a lot larger than I was anticipating. Which is always a good thing. Generally these cellulite creams are tiny and you can't get through enough to see if it is actually working. That is not the case with this one.
