We didn’t have the mats on the floor during karate tonight. We did drills and worked with the new equipment before doing katas. I slipped and fell on the floor twice, once during a drill (trying to step in correct stance through the agility/speed ladder thing) and once during a kata. Left knee is a bit sore.

River: Have you tried not sliding on the floor? Maybe you should try that.
