Grocery queue in the spring
I love searching YT and looking for videos related to TRAOD, I always find something I had not seen before. Like this video, showing and exploring hidden areas and pointing some incredible things. Now I know I haven't discovered a new land with this but some things were definitely new to me.
Like the doormat with a moo-cow drawing at the hall outside Carvier's apartment. That made my day and made me giggle stupidly :) Whatever the reason for this, I love the humour of Core Design team..
The video also shows some handy stuff how to skip parts of the game for those who are interested but that's not my cup of tea, tbh. Especially the part where Lara puts the bomb on a container to enter the Louvre galleries - there is bug which enable you to skip jumping into the water and you can run to the gallery entrance straightaway. However, it makes Lara catchig on fire and you have to run fast to make it. Well, for me it's too stressful :D And personally I love how Lara encourages herself to jump quickly to the water before the container explodes into her face: "Dive, girl, dive!"
Last but not least interesting thing is when he mentions a wall-mounted candle, found behind a wall when fighting Eckhardt and Karel. The guy in the video is so surprised and stops to marvel at its supposed "random" placing.
For me it's not that random, I presume it was a left-over from the Eckhard's Lab as the room has such candles there. What also came up to my mind, and which I find more mindblowing but less possible, is that the candle belongs to levels in Castle Kriegler which we never got to see as there was no time left for Core team to prepare it/finish it. I have goosebumps just thinking about it!
OMG! I guess I AM a chonky toe freak...

Slipping Out
We were talking about excess. How you can say too much and do too much and eventually everything is pooling over the edges and life becomes too much to hold in two hands and then it gets all confused and he said She can’t really think that. She can’t really think I’m gay. Right? He never heard it pointed at him. The word was swift and sharp as it slit him. I could see his skin peel open. The word gutted him, cut him cleaned him until he was pale as bone standing in front of us and I could see his underlying everything. The word spat at him and his mouth opened round like it was trying to swallow a knife and he said She can’t think that. But the lamp beamed a little brighter and for a moment he was alone in a spotlight dangling at the bottom as if he was caught on a fishing line. Alone, hooked on a word. But should a man ever see his bones? Ever see what’s actually under all that flesh muscles excess. What’s hidden deep where he never has to see it. Never has to feel it. Never has to even look it in the eye. But I did. I saw him slip from skin, the gleam of raw marrow, The shine of bone, the freshest truth. Bare He was never supposed to be this exposed. Never this simple. So he fell back His skin glued itself. He splattered like a fish thrown back into water. He even shivered, until his frame slid into its glossy casing, right under the surface. He back into his shielded scales, going back with the pools of other fish. Adding more and more layers to cover up the scar.
