BIO.
grew up extremely spoiled
i mean.... extremely. parents made damn good money and made sure that jae never had to lift a finger for ANYTHING because they didn’t want him to !!
this made him extremely bratty and it showed growing up but his mom and dad never reprimanded him and things just kept going like they were
seungjae is 99.99% of the reason a lot of the staff his parents hired to take care of his family home ended up quitting on them.
he used to play pranks on them and annoy them so much that they ended up not being able to take it and they just walked out.
plot twist: he wanted them to quit in hopes that his parents would actually pay more attention to him instead of letting the people they hired do that for them
however, that backfired and they always hired new people so he stopped annoying the staff and ended up bonding with the people who were hired to basically babysit him.
even tho he was spoiled, he always excelled in classes, never missing a day always acing every class he took.
but there was that small rebellious part of him there still and it came to life once he hit middle school.
that was the first time he ended up climbing out of his bedroom window and went to a party with a group of his friends and ended up loving that lifestyle.
so it happened again and again and again.
but he knew his parents could never know about that side of him, so he made sure to keep his grades and attendance up so that it gave the appearance of their ‘angelic’ son all while hiding the fact he was anything but anymore.
high school was the same, really. he lived two different lives. the life the adults saw, and the life he actually LIKED to live that his friends and fellow party goers saw.
but there was a little bit more pressure added onto his shoulders in high school. sports. it didn’t matter what kind it was, he was signed up and because he happened to be good at every single one he tried... it put the spotlight directly on him.
did he care? no. god no. he loved the attention more than anything. but it did make his double life just a little bit harder to live.
still, he continued on with it bc he was too stubborn and hedonistic to let it go.
now? he’s extremely cocky and thinks the world revolves around him and has an ego the size of texas.
still parties.... all the time
but hides it and kisses the teachers asses all the time to keep up his “good” image.
honestly thinks he can get away w whatever he wants to bc the dean loves him and the gifts he brings to the dean all the time.
