My favourite Icemav trope is Slider and Goose being so far beyond done, they are traumatised, exhausted and if they have to hear their pilots complain about eachother one more fucking time they're going to lose it.

I’ll never get over how absolutely adorable these two look in this scene, like Slider is so proud of his Pilot, because THEY DID IT, and SLIDER PULLS HIM IN ALL TIGHT AND SQUEEZES HIM, AN ABSOLUTE HUGGER, then he goes and does the same to Pete after the mission on the deck, SLIDER GIVES THE BEST HUGS

GooseSlider (SliderGoose? SliGoose? Sloose?) who are so busy rolling their eyes at IceMav and commiserating about their stupid pining pilots to realize that they’re just as bad. Maybe better - at least they’re quieter about it - but maybe worse - because neither one of them has any idea.

IceMav figure it out after they finally get their own shit together and look at each other completely horrified. "Were we THAT stupid about it?" They must fix it immediately!

Goose and Slider may or may not end up locked in a closet together.
