day 1: semester goals
deep breaths. it’s not another year of stuffy classrooms, crowded hallways, and 7+ hour schooldays five days a week, but a semester of a few classes a day and maybe even four days a week! there will still be lectures, deadlines, and lots of studying, but i have a feeling that i won’t dread college as much as high school. in fact, i’m so hopeful that i’ll love this experience. especially since i have afternoon classes! BLESS. 1. wake up by 9am everyday... this may seem a little late, but ohhh is it early for me 2. EAT BREAKFAST FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE. 3. plan ahead. know when that paper is due and do it! ain’t no time to waste time:^) 4. stay organized. if you shove that paper into your book bag thinking you’re going to put it in the right spot later, let’s face it: you’re not!! 5. sleep a normal schedule. 6. discover new things about yourself and other people. try not to b a shy gal 7. transfer to msu smoothly :D - alisha
happy things at justine’s (and she also has the best coffee)
me: should I finish my homework first or take a shower? I feel so gross
christy: I think homework because afterwards you can wash all your sadness away
