Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons gluten-free hoisin sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 tablespoon water. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. 2 green onions, thinly sliced optional.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, place chicken breasts. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ketchup, hoisin sauce, and garlic. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water. Stir into slow cooker, increase heat to high, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving, if desired.
