Managing popularity-

...is like filling a cup...because...it gets heavier as you fill it.

Managing a career path-

Insights:

Managing a career path is a much bigger issue for most students graduating from Hogwarts.  It entails aspects of a wizard's personal life as well as residual effects from their time at school.  

There are a bunch of ways that wizards can have a career post-Hogwarts, but a lot of them (if not most) involve a wizard's state of mind.  Personal issues are almost as impactful on career as career decisions themselves.
