For months I haven’t had the motivation to finish my art project, and then I found a friend🥺 My fiancé convinced me to keep it so of course I went all out. I turned my unfinished art project into a new and luxurious home for a new and luxurious pal. Her name is Opal🥺

I spent the extra time to put hot glue (non-toxic of course) around the metal pieces holding the glass in place. There’s plenty of ventilation and a decent amount of humidity.

After saving this post in my drafts yesterday, I got a hygrometer/thermometer. Opal is a perfect little angel. She’s eaten some strawberry (she did not like the basil leaf in the pic!), drank water and has explored everything! I love her🥺💕

I thought i found and fixed the hole through which they were coming in but aparently that was not it 😫😫 Listen tiger slugs, i have no beef with you i /just/ don’t want to accidentally step on you in the middle of the night p l e a s e! I brought you far away last time why did you have to return? Why is cat food so irresistible to you ack!
