Pineapple Strawberry Swirl Slushies - Refreshing Summer Drink

These watermelon gin slushies are a great way to cool off in the summer. Great for relaxing by the pool or having a BBQ in the backyard.

Ingredients: 4 cups cubed watermelon. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. 1/4 cup gin. 2 tablespoons simple syrup. 2 cups ice cubes. Watermelon slices, for garnish. Fresh mint leaves, for garnish.

Instructions: In a blender, combine watermelon, lime juice, gin, simple syrup, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with watermelon slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
