@slutmuffins i think a lot of zoos just let their peafowl ((peacocks and peahens)) wander around
my primary school owned a bunch of peafowl that just wandered around the school grounds so i assume they pretty much stick to their home coz there was nothing really keeping them there, they could just go whereever they wanted, but they just stayed in the school grounds and slept in the garden area of our library ((once a peacock left and got hit by a car so maybe that was a warning to the rest of them))
also they pretty much just ignored us kids, lmao i got a bunch of detentions for chasing them sometimes
