In the days that have passed since Ross found out Isabelle was pregnant he had been doing major research to do his part in supporting her as best as possible. Finally they were back at the doctor's for the first sonogram. Ross felt his eyes tear up as the image popped up on the monitor. Of course right now their baby was a little clump of cells but he knew they were gonna be so much more with him and Iz as their parents. He squeezed her hand, tearing up a little as they looked on with bliss. Then Ross furrowed his brows. "Hey doc, I might need glasses but uh what's that other thing." He questions pointing to a spot on the monitor that looked like something occupying the same space as their baby.

despite the two being involve in years long affair, deacon still had an insatiable hunger towards her. even tonight when he had promised to be in his best behaviour because they were at a dinner party with their spouses, he couldn't help but follow her into the kitchen as she fetched for drinks like the good little hostess she was. he cornered her against the edge of the kitchen counter, pressing his muscular chest against her back. his hands already underneath her dress. "tell me you didn't wear underwear under this, darling..." his lips murmured against the slope of her neck, peppering open wet kisses as if they had all the time in the world.

As usual with these kind of parties Diana was holding court with her group of friends. With the party favors from Ben she was feeling extremely vibrant. While she knew most of the people casually the sight of someone she had never encountered before caught her attention. Diana knew they had never met before cause she would never forget someone so strikingly handsome. Rather than approach them right away she went to the one person who would likely know them even on a surface level. "Ben," she called out of the music gripping his arm to get his attention as she constantly looked in this new man's direction. "Who's the hottie over there?" She questioned turning his head in the direction of the new object of her affection.

James smiled, amazed that he was in the presence of someone he had admired for so long. This was completely unlike him but Dahlia was no ordinary woman. "So of course I threatened them with their lives if they failed to prove it true. Which is why we're meeting now. Dahlia, if I may call you that, you are far and away the most amazing actress I've ever seen on the silver screen. You are brilliant and I, consider myself a major fan of yours. And you're just as gorgeous as I recall from your latest movie. What a pleasure it is to be before you now. Excuse me, I'm James. James Madden," he offered reaching out his hand for her to shake.

Although tonight was supposed to be a date night for them Diana could hear from the tone in his voice that Joey was upset about having to work instead. When they became more serious she understood his job, while lucrative, was random and a lot of work for him physically. Which is why instead of getting upset or angry she simply told him to come over when he was finished. That they could still hang out on a more low-key level. Already she had all his favorites ready for him but when she saw the headlights of his car come up the driveway she couldn't wait to greet him. "Hi baby," she smiled opening the front door for him. "You look exhausted. C'mon I got a nice hot bath waiting for you. Some comfy clothes picked out, lemme take care of you." She smiled reaching out her hand to lead him up the stairs.

"See now this is a date," Pierce made a point of saying as they sat across from each other in the only diner he knew would be open at this time of night. "What we do for Mr. Evans is work. So if this is gonna be a thing we need to keep that and this separate. Now we're not leaving here until I know you've eaten a full meal." Pierce nodded toward the plate in front of her as he took another sip of his coffee. Usually he wasn't interested in women like Sara but something about her that changed his viewpoint on dating women of actual value.

This was exactly the kind of shit Isabelle had feared would happen to him but in all honesty things could have ended a whole hell of a lot worse for Ross. Of course he had tried to keep the job a secret from her until everything was done but things got out of hand. Whenever her father asked something so specific of him he did his best to keep Isabelle in the dark, only to keep her calm and not worry about him. As he stumbled into their home though he headed towards the bathroom in their basement much to convenient for cleaning off this much blood. The moment he heard footsteps though he knew there wasn't enough time to hide the evidence. "It's not as bad as it looks okay, I could use your help with a fucking cut on my back but other than that I'm good." When he turned towards her he knew it didn't seem that way with his suit practically covered in blood. "Would you believe me if I told you that most of this isn't mine?"

Just before he drifted off to sleep the night before he had heard the three words he needed most from Isabelle. Immediately it solidified what he wanted most in life. Which was for them to get back together. To be married again. To be an unstoppable team together. After what transpired between them he was confident it was possible. Ross was completely confident that she felt the same about him in return. Thankfully he woke up first allowing him to realize everything that happened wasn't just a dream. "Hey," he whispered sitting up a little rubbing his eyes before moving to brush her hair out of her face. "What do you say to marrying me again?"
