Anyways I've only just now realized that the main area where you choose a level in sly 1 is the hideout, not the inside of the van??

I was baby and the last place we see sly enter is the van so I just assumed shxjxjj

So, it never made sense to me how/why Raleigh is able to BLOAT TO GARGANTUAN SIZE (TO SQUASH YOU LIKE THE INSIGNIFICANT BUG THAT YOU ARE) Like he very clearly eats a bug or something (I think it’s a bee) and then is able to get LORGE. So we know he eats a bug and then gets big but like how that happens is just ???

Until yesterday I was playing the Sly 1 with my friend hanging out with me and they said maybe he’s allergic to the bees he eats and so he bloats. Like an allergic reaction. AND MY MIND WAS BLOWN. This was a mystery I’ve wondered about since I was a kid that didn’t really need solving but damn if it didn’t just get solved.

So, what are you guys’ thoughts on this? Is Raleigh using the power of his Bee Allergy to squash you? Even though said allergy could very likely harm/kill him? Is he really risking his life just so he can squash you? (Like the insignificant bug that you are?) Or is he managing to bloat through some other way/reason?
