Flash just got back from the “blip” and his parents saw that everywhere he was in Europe monsters attacked, and when he came back to New York they sent someone to pick him up instead of being decent parents and coming to pick him up themselves and checking on their son.
Summary: Post End Game Peter is still hurt over the death of his mentor but has the help of the people closest to him to comfort him. Late one night he realizes something.

Those who live no more, whom we loved, Echo still within our thoughts, our words, our thoughts’ Peter had kept that quote on repeat ever since he lost Tony as a reminder that no matter what was to come, Tony would be right by his side. After the “Blip” it took some getting used to not having this father figure mentor around but he had the love and support of May, Ned and his girlfriend Y/n who did everything in her power to get Peter to be the same charismatic, since loving, over-excited -about -a -sandwich boy, he was. Whether it be by bringing by some baked goods, distracting him with cute little dates or even helping May and Peter move into their new apartment like, she was currently doing, it made a small part of Peter happy and think about the “good old days” until he was reminded of the departed.
“Pete, where do you want your books?” Y/n asked as she followed Ned into the box filled apartment causing Peter to snap away from his thought “my room please” he replied as he tried to follow May’s instructions as to where certain things should be placed. “Remind me to Never get you books again” she spoke as she tried to gain feelings back in her arms. “Why didn’t you just give the box to me?” he laughed as she dramatically flailed her arms around causing the two boys to laugh “because you were carrying Mays Fine china and I don't trust Ned or me with carrying that box and not tripping up the stairs.” “Fair enough” "do you mind if we play some music? This is starting to feel like a chore" Y/n spoke before connecting her phone to the Bluetooth speaker. "I love Led Zeppelin" "Peter. That's ACDC"
The three teens continued to mess around while unpacking for a couple more hours until Ned had to go home however Y/n decided to stay for a bit not wanting to leave him alone while May was still at work. She decided to busy herself with one of the many books that she had given her boyfriend, while he was finishing up putting a few plants out on the fire escape.
“Mr. Stark, she's funny and she’s smart and has this attitude that reminds me a bit of you. She finds my science puns funny, she helps May around and she's always trying to help those around her out. I think you would’ve liked her. I know that if you were still here you two would probably be best friends right about now. Y’now I used to wonder if I was ever going to be okay without you around anymore but I'm starting to think she might have made her way into my life because of you. Morgan and Pepper seem to like her so I definitely know that you would have too. Thanks for bringing her into my life. I'll talk to you tomorrow. Goodnight Tony” Peter spoke, taking one last glance up into the night sky that seemed to have all the stars out that night.
