henlo. i'm not dead. just checking in and letting you know that if you're one of the -3 people still waiting for a small town fic update, i appreciate you. i'm actually waiting to see how st5 ends so i can make sure my ending doesn't complicate things for myself if i ever do a s5 rewrite.

so far, it's looking grim, ngl. i'm gonna have to tinker with canon heavily because the duffers don't know their own lore lmao. but we'll march on when time is right! thank you for waiting. i see your likes and reblogs and they give me a very much needed warmth during a difficult time of the year. so, happy holidays. stay safe, stay healthy, and be good to each other ❤️

i wrote 1k words today. chapter 25 is gonna be long, folks. Important Developments are happening. Important Talks will be had. a lot of fluff and teenage debauchery is on the menu. i'm exhausted.

Small Town Facebook Updates

The highschool ex got engaged today to the girl whom he stole from one of his close friends about 4 years ago? (Hey, we were in college... Everyone dated everyone? Maybe not, lol) Our small southern town will be proud of these two families joining together. Wealthy marrying the even more wealthy. In all seriousness though, they make a good couple and I'm happy for him. She balanced him and got him to reach his potential. (Currently about to graduate from Law School. I know the legacy of lawyer/doctors in his family are proud) And that's what love is all about right? Balancing and finding someone whom makes you your best self.
