Ladies and Germs, I am 55, almost 56 and have never cooked up a #turkey in my puff. Not once! But with advice and a thermometer from @jack_neil98 I managed it. And it was glorious. Done perfectly and the right moisture levels and flavour. This was a bronze higher welfare Turkey from @sainsburys I also made a meat free #melanzoneparmigiana and stuffed mushroom caps for everyone else.
