ⒷⓄⓄⓀ ⓇⒺⓋⒾⒺⓌ The Compound Effect Author: Darren Hardy Genre: Self help My Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌥 "Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better." The compound effect is a mathematical term, and I am sure we have all learnt it. What is to be learnt again from the book is that, the effect can be seen in our daily life as well!! It's just that people (according to Darren Hardy) usually sleepwalks through life and often cannot see the effect. Every habit you have, from waking up to going to bed at night, can result in a positive or negative compound effect in life. It's how you track them (both good and bad), analyse them at a regular interval to check if they are aligning with your personal goal and utilise them - can make you a better version of yourself. And all those useful and easy to follow methods are described in details in the book. I liked the overall concept and I am happy to say that I had stopped the sleepwalking in my early 20s thankfully. But there are some good retrospective written in the book that will be helpful to me. There are some chapters that seemed a little to dragging for my taste, but that can be ignored since the ideas in the book are really powerful. I hopw you give it a try and let's discuss more in the comments!!! #bookreviewoninstagram #bookreviewers #bookrecommendations #bookrec #smallinfluencers #selfhelpbook #bibliomanía #bookish🤓 #bookishspread #bookloverquotes #booksandhotdrinkstuesday (at Kolkata) https://www.instagram.com/p/CRiumzWHifo/?utm_medium=tumblr
