Statement:
As we close in on the anniversary of our second album I can't help, but have excitement for our third. Chase and I released Songs for No One on January 20th 2014 and we couldn't be happier. Quickly after the release Chris and Ryan joined the ranks to help us complete and evolve the sound of Small Time 'Capone. The four of us love music more than anything and what an amazing three people I get to share this experience with. I could not ask for a tighter team. We took 2014 to play loads of shows with lots of lovely people. During this period the first drafts of In the Wake were worked on. We have been finishing our second drafts of the songs for In the Wake and we couldn't be happier with how they are turning out. Tracking for Ryan begins soon, quickly followed by the rest of the Gang. This will be our first album featuring our lovely evolved Quartet Gang sound. We hope you are as excited as we are. The nights will be long, the sleep will be nonexistent, our instruments will be sore, and we will give you something we are proud of.
We will be posting frequent updates as we dive further into this process. We aren't too talkative on social media, so forgive us if we forget. We will try to be better
Thank you for all of the wonderful support that you have given us this far. We wouldn't be having this much fun without you. As we stated before, we will also begin work on the redux for Songs for No One when we can. Of course our focus is finishing In the Wake.
