09/10/20 Today no punching bags but I did focus on my arms again, rear traps, upper chest and shoulders. I used their hammer strength seated shoulder press machine which is awesome. You stack plate weights on to each rack depending on level of difficulty and resistance you want. Hey Crunch Fitness I am still waiting for you guys to get a decline hammer strength chest press. Come on it’s the perfect compliment for the client to get a full chest workout. I know I could use dumbbells and do a decline dumbbell chest press but I don’t want to ask for a spotter and I’ve always said this that the hammer strength machine’s are much safer for at least me. I like to lift about 75% of my max weight so I still require that sense of safety and knowing I can bail out on the weights and exercise if I require. This is why I’ll always reach for the machine press or hammer strength press first. You can’t lift if your injured last time I checked. Believe me I’ve tried with a hurt right shoulder and still is not healed properly or think will ever heal. I must have torn some ligaments or tissue because I hear snapping when I make a full shoulder rotation. I might go to the doctor one day but I’m afraid of what I might find out and may have to be benched for a while. Anyway until the next workout always remember, ‘You Cannot Out Train A Bad Diet’ Gregapopovich #smartlifting (at Crunch Fitness) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFAOd6uBKSa/?igshid=ggox4jaty4bv
