Shipyard Brewing Co, Smashed Pumpkin Ale
We love a good Shipyard around here! (insert decade-old Sting musical joke)
This is more intense (in both flavor and alcohol content) than the regular Pumpkinhead, but still very good.
Enjoyed while half-watching game 3 of the NLCS, in which Atlanta showed up to make up for the Dodgers’ game 2 blowout, and half-reading the book “Five Days,” about the Baltimore protests after the murder of Freddie Gray in 2015 (a book that I recommend at least as much as the beer itself).
Ouchies.
