Remake of the old Smashtale Tumblr header with Smashtale DX characters. The roles are switched around from the original so it's not quite a 1:1. (Pikachu has been replaced with Piranha Plant, Rosalina with Palutena, R.O.B with Falcon, etc.)

... Oh yeah, also here's the reveal of Captain Falcon as Mettaton, since he wasn't in the previous post.

Oh man, Smashtale has ended. Maybe if you don't know, the creator of Smashtale said that he stopped making for Smashtale because he didn't have fun. I really liked the comic. If you want to know who's the creator of @smashtaleau, it's Patwhit01

SMASHTALE DX

I don't know how many of you remember this AU, it's one of the old ones (Smash 4 was the most recent game at the time), but I decided to make a remake of this bc I love old AUs.

So yeah, basically it's Undertale x Smash Bros (Not to be confused with the other Undertale x Smash Bros AU I've also been working on). But the original 2016 AU didn't really explain what made the story unique in the first place... Which means I can just make shit up!! You can check out all the info I made over this mirror post

I really like the sans. replacement for Smashtale:Emissary and I wanted to make a sprite for the ness design of the AU

Idk if it’s gonna be made official or not, but since I’m in the dev team it likely will

This isn’t dirrectly related to Undertale since ness is a Mother 2 character, but the design itself is made for an undertale AU so it’s still relevant to my interests

In order: Boogie and Undyne Umbra of Storyshift, Papyrus of Inverted Fate, Chara of Scramble Saga, Mario of Undertoad, and Ness of Smashtale!
