Smiling Sun up in the sky, bless each day until I die!!!
I’ve been working on this for three days.
Here is my summer solstice/ midsummer drawing
First off honor to the sun for the life it gives and the pain it inflicts.
In one of those smiling suns I find so endearing and creepy. Also the eight planets and twin moons.
Most of the sun is water color.
Second off ouroboros!
Specifically it’s the ouroboros from the game dragon vale.
Finally is a copy of a medieval wood cut of the firmament.
NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured an image of the sun "smiling" in 193 angstrom light on Oct. 26.
