The best Thai salads in Melbourne are at the innocuously named, Cafe on Smith St, at 352 Smith St, Collingwood. This is the Thai Chicken Salad. Layers of vegetables and peanuts topped with deliciously marinated chicken and seasoned with fresh chilli and home made chilli sauce. The home made dressings and sauces are SPECTACULAR. None of that store bought nonsense. And, if you want it hot, it comes HOT.
