All I've seen lately is how much you need to be a #beast and #workhard and #teamnosleep. CLARITY: If you're working the wrong plan, it doesn't matter how hard you work, you won't win. Ask roofers, carpenters, gardeners, military men and women...people who know what hard work REALLY is. Truck drivers and nurses too. Hard work isn't necessarily the answer. Working smart IS. It doesn't matter how much #hustle you have if the hustle never get you to your goal. Work hard at working SMART. Plan first, then execute a plan that works for YOU. You're just as smart as the gurus on YouTube and Instagram. God made you human just as they were made human. Everyone was born the same way - never feel belittled or inferior because a guru has figured it out and you haven't yet.
