ahh like once my friend told me, “Don’t make permanent choices based on temporary people” and I dont think i’ve stopped thinking about it?

I think he meant friends, because hes that kind of person and hes kinda right but I don’t think I’ve met a single person ive wanted to be temporary so its,, hard to think that way, i WANT to keep every single friend I make but eventually sometimes you need to let go of certain people?

i think personally,, i might try a little too hard to keep people in my life who might not be good for me, and eventually when theyre gone i look back and think ‘wow they weren’t actually a very good friend’ but they made a permanent change on me despite being temporary?? its weird idk but i think this makes sense enough,
