Yuuri had heard many opinions about the state of their world, but one that really struck something deep inside of him was that because of everything they had been through; no more separate nations or government, banding together to fight a war against another race, and rebuilding a planet from its ashes to prosperity, humans were closer now than ever. While Yuuri could understand the sentiment, he couldn’t say that he agreed in the slightest. As a result of the planet being dragged through hell and back, he couldn’t help but feel like humans were more disconnected from one another than ever before.
