In some ways, being on a cruise reminds us a little bit of being on Instagram. They’re both an escape from reality- an exaggerated version of (and usually better than) real life. Cruises are fun and easy and smooth and things tend to work out for the best while you’re on board. A part of you knows it’s not real life, or at least not the nitty gritty parts, but that’s sort of the point right? It’s a fun distraction, even if only for a little while, from your everyday life, and that’s why you keep coming back again and again.
