This past week was spent on an impromptu trip to NC to see family due to a small accident my dad had. He will be fine and I'm very happy that we were able to not only see and support him, my mom and a lot of relatives, but that we also got the opportunity to live the life we are working hard towards. When we arrived home, I had this waiting at the post office. A small gift from an "insta-friend" I've never met. Our life is in a bit of upheaval right now and this card was the perfect reminder that smoother sailing is always on the horizon.
