Read the Myths & Monsters trilogy by @beatrix_hollow yesterday and I F*cking LOVED it! Spooky, horror shit is my fav. Throw in smexy time with monsters and I’m in cuffing heaven! And boy was this 🌶🔥 yummy 🤤 #SmutLover #MonsterFucker #HorrorRomance #Paranormal #HotAsHell #ReadThisSeries Book blurbs are in order in the pictures above and here is my review… My Review: Holy hell, these characters get put through the ringer time and again. In this series they live through the worst week or so of their lives, are traumatized beyond belief again and again, screwed ten ways from Sunday (in best 🍆 💦 & worst ways), and yet still managed to fall massively in love in the process. I guess it’s true that tough times and how we deal with them shape us and our relationships. I absolutely love these these characters and their relationships with one another. They spend nearly the entire trilogy running for their lives. Just when they think they got away safely, they have to run for their lives again. So many freaky and scary things happen to them, and it’s freaking glorious! I love dark, scary and suspenseful. Things that left me wanting/wondering, you ask? I wish we would’ve gotten to find out what exactly Brandon becomes. They briefly say he’s like a Wendigo but not, and that was the end of that. Also Ben, they never explain what he is, though they say he comes from the same place as Mothman, yet Mothman didn’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️. Does this effect the storyline or my reading experience? HELL NO! I seriously wish this series were longer, I’d love more of these characters and their new adventures. Picked up this beauty this morning and absolutely loved it 😍 When She Purrs by @author.ruby.dixon #AlienRomance #SmutLover #WhenShePurrs and as always here is my review and the book blurb…. My Review: I LOVED this book! It's freaking adorable as are the characters. The storyline and world building are great but the characters are fantastic. The backstories are sad and brutal, though triumphant. Their initial interactions are funny as hell and uncomfortable. The begin of their interactions are even more hilarious. Their "courtship" is full of misunderstandings and heart felt moments (that are also funny). Then the love between them blossoms slowly in the midst of all the unfortunate things that arise. Very entertaining, and engaging read. So glad I picked it up. Book Blurb: Life on a farm planet at the edge of the universe can be dangerous for a human woman alone. That's why I need a husband. ANY husband. Unfortunately, all the men I approach keep running off. So I hire a bounty hunter to kidnap me someone capable and strong, someone who will scare off the creeps that are trying to move in on my territory. It'll be a marriage of convenience only. I should have been a little more specific about who I wanted, though…because the intimidating and fierce praxiian male that the bounty hunter brings to me? The one with feline features, big arms and an even bigger..uh, farm? He's the problem I was hoping a new husband would scare off. What am I supposed to do now?
