That would make sense, he /looks/ like Junkertown, and Reps can be kicked out from their land, it's just not a pleasant experience for him.
Depends on your HCs (in regards to how pleasant it is) but by yours, for sure. I just think it’s hilarious to have a rep that isn’t allowed in his own territory.
