It’s just a number, but it’s pretty cool that it’s connected with so many people. That’s the most important thing to me. . In honor of it crossing that number, here’s some trivia about the video: . 1. Each actor that played the main character has a different nationality- Finnish, British, and American, (the “bullies” are actually Canadian!) . 2. The girl in the coffee shop is holding a Harry Potter book; an intentional nod to my wife’s love of Harry Potter. . 3. The story telling vehicle is an homage to a scene from my all-time favorite movie, Almost Famous. Instead of seeing his future when listening to the vinyl, he sees his past. . 4. The kid sneaking into the concert is a direct homage to the lyrics of Punk Rawk Show. . 5. The video is semi-autobiographical. It starts with me moving to Indiana and ends with my wife giving birth to our child. She was 7 months pregnant when I shot this.
