19. Tell me a story about your writing journey. When did you start? Why did you start? Were there bumps along the way? Where are you now and where are you going?
so i started writing in general when i was like... i wanna say 9? i made a book for a reading rainbow competition and came in like. third. and i just remember writing stories ever since!! i kind of quit around my freshman year of college bc i was Serious and Studying things now, but it ended up that i hated what i was studying. i tried to switch majors and my advisor kind of randomly Assumed i was gonna be a creative writing major so i just said. yeah okay why not. and here i am with a whole degree nkfnfknfn i'm going... i'd like to one day publish a book, either a narrative story or a book of poetry!!
25. What is a weird, hyper-specific detail you know about one of your characters that is completely irrelevant to the story?
in the version of them that i've made up in my brain alex tran always has hello kitty bandaids on hand
