i submit for your consideration: what if sniper's mom is the one that taught him to shoot, and all about nature.

his dad was always out with the sheep, and sniper did help him with that growing up, but mostly his father was concerned with teaching young mickey about what could harm the sheep and not much about the rest of nature..... (i think his father is also who he got his professionalism from.)

but i think he spent a lot of time with his mom growing up, doing odd jobs around the farm..... maybe she's the one who taught him about all the plants and animals in the bush around them :) and some basic survival skills. i also imagine they weren't very wealthy, so perhaps it sometimes fell to her to hunt down some rabbits or such for dinner, and she'd take along mick, help him perfect his aim.....

I know I've been super Indigenous On Main™️ but uhhh TF2 oc, Monday ❤️ I haven't drawn him in forever but I'm sure my OG TF2 followers remember him! he's Māori :) I have quite a few TF2 ocs but Monday is my fave for sure
