A couple headcanons under the cut

Pyro is the most emotionally mature one. Fight me. They might like childish things and wear their heart on their sleeve, but that ain't the same as being immature. In fact, being so open is what makes Pyro the mature one. They're the reason this is a poly dynamic and not just a stupid love triangle. They refuse to let sniper distance himself because he's feeling unworthy and they give scout a nudge when he's not picking up on something

They all start sharing a bed occasionally once Pyro and Sniper are romantically involved. It's not every night, and they only shared the camped bunk once. Never again. It's too small

Pyro and Scout get together first. They're best friends before, so close that they're really not seen without each other much, but take the step to try some romance between them kinda on a whim. Sniper, pining fool that he is, sees this happen and bellyaches about it but congratulates them. Pyro, however, finds out that he has feelings for Scout too and is like "nah man you need to tell him. It's not fair to act like this and destroy your friendship". And Scout reciprocates, Pyro is very happy to share their boyfriend with one of their friends, and Sniper is an awkward noodle about it all. Pyro develops feelings for Sniper because of the sheer amount of time they all start spending together

"Kiss to Build a Dream On" is kinda an ass pull of a song. Songs that suit poly ships are uncommon and I don't listen to much that isn't angsty so.... Also, the reason I even ship Rapid Fire is because of a dream I had where Scout kissed Pyro, so it's fitting
