SNIPR was built in a warehouse Alif bought in the year 2018, shortly after BOTCORP was founded. He was initially created to help automate manufacturing since Alif didn't have the means to buy proper machinery at the time. SNIPR was later fitted to incorporate a marksman-centered mandate for the RED Merc Team
