Day 12

Because it's the weekend I haven't really had a decent structure of what I was eating when, so I know I had bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I was just snacking throughout the day. I'm not even sure if I had lunch. 

but dinner was interesting.  I was originally going to cook sausages, but they weren't defrosted, so I went for snitchel instead.  This was the first time making snitchel so I wasn't really sure how it would turn out, but in the end it wasn't actually bad.  Instead of normal flour for the coating I used ground almonds. 

  I'll definitely do this again :)
