Okay guys! Real talk right now. Some of you that know me personally know that I love sleeping. I would go to bed early and wake up late. To be honest, I have realized it's not that I loved sleeping. That's what I told myself because of how much I was sleeping. But really it's because I wasn't getting the quality of sleep I needed. I snore, there, I said it! I know I'm not the only one!!! Don't snore shame me! Haha I even have been recording my snoring for about a year. I've been taking Zlem now for a few months and my snoring has gone down so much, my sleep quality has improved to a deeper sleep allowing me to not sleep so darn much. So now it's like I don't loath how much sleep I need. I have way more hours in the day. (Which all parents need!) 👩and my stress levels are lower than they have been in a long while. You ask me how I'm doing now, I don't say "stressed", I say "GREAT".
