The cold was no longer bothering her. For so long she had been in the heat of the South, all her longing of the cold had finally been met. And oh, how she loved it. The cold seeping through to her bones, only seemed to drive her, to push her further north. They say her brother is Lord Commander at the Wall. Surly she could find safety there, if only for a little while. Only until she can find out where her younger brothers are. Perhaps their family could be reunited. Oh, how sweet that would be. To have her family all together. Maybe not as happy as they once were, but that could change in time. No longer would they be lone wolves. They could be a pack again. The thought sparked another flash of hope through her and she pushed onwards. The Great Wall looming in front of her. A sight that terrified her and yet filled her with awe. Truly, it was a sight to behold. It must truly have been magic.</p> <p>She was so close and yet so far. Had she it within her, she would have ran the rest of the way. But her legs were in agony, and her body ached. The only thing keeping her walking was her drive to see a familiar face. To be safe. To see family. If her breath was uneven, and her legs were shaking, she paid no heed to it. For she was so close. So, so close. snowandacrow
