You can buy it at Animate online shop or CdJapan.

For Animate, they only send to Japan address, for address outside Japan you need to have agent or international forwarding services to help you ship to your country. You can use Tenso to ship the DVD. Follow the step in the website, is easy to create an account and have a Japan address.

Or easiest way is buy at CdJapan which directly ship to your country address.
