Hey there @namelessbaron! Ooh interesting question! To be honest, it'd really depend on the day and setting to see how Cami would respond to people talking shit about Blue Cami by nature is generally non-confrontational.
So if she's in the clinic and she heard something she'd be annoyed but (usually) keep her mouth shut. Whoever was saying bad things about her husband would most definitely be on her shit-list and they'd know something was up even if she never tells them exactly why she's upset. And honestly even outside the clinic she'd also probably keep her mouth shut and again the person would be on her shit-list. They'll notice a slight coldness to her usual polite and demure demeanor but won't be able to pinpoint what's going on.
That being said... Catch her during the wrong time...and you'll see why she usually keeps her mouth shut. She has lit people up like a dehydrated Christmas Tree for coming at her or her loved ones the wrong way. Like made them cry and fearful of even being within a 10 foot radius of her and that's without her even throwing her team out to battle. And with her being a league champion this is a known fact about her that she absolutely will fuck a person up if you catch her on the wrong day. So most people don't try to talk shit about Blue in her presence or to anyone who might tell her what was said in fear of catching her on a "fuck around and find out" day :D
