#snow#snowman#snowoman#snow woman#snow sculpture#sculpture#my art#while the sculpture takes that word literally [i.e. it literally is created by amd couldn't have been created Without the weather condition#the artistic meaning behind this piece means the 'weather' more metaphorically#i also wanted to keep the proportions of this figure reminiscent of the traditional snowman 3 sphere shape#while still evoking emotion; the figure of a woman; and the clothing silhouette of the american progressive era#the use of red was also purely just because those are the colors of the trees around her#but i do like the way the color hangs over her/resembles blood dripping down her/calls to mind certain political events that this piece was#sculpted in reference to
